Postgraduate studies
Hi everyone, I hope you are fine!
Welcome to this new blog post. Today I'm going to talk about postgraduate studies.
When I finish my major, I would like to study for a Master's Degree and after that, perhaps for a second Bachelor's Degree, specifically in History. In this sense, I always have considered studying in a Master's Program because it would provide me the possibility to specialize my knowledge in a specific area of my major and also because it gives me more employment opportunities. However, I don't know what to study yet, but I have been thinking of two options: Political Theory, in which I would like to do a course on modern political theory and, International Relations with courses of Human rights and gender studies. Sometimes I also consider a course of Latin America studies, but I haven't decided to count it on the list yet.
If I have the possibility, I want to study outside of Chile because, as I said in previous blogs, I want to travel around the world and I think that study a Master's Program in another country is a great opportunity to achieve my dream and know different places and cultures. However, I also have considered following a Master's Program at the University of Chile, because it has a program that allows students to get a Master's degree in less time if they choose some specific subjects during their undergraduate studies.
Finally, I would like to study in face-to-face classes, because is related to what I mentioned before, visit other countries and have new experiences. However, I don't close the door to online courses.
What about you? Do you want to study for a Master's degree? I'm going to read your blogs!
Bye💚
